What will you do if my order is damaged in shipping?
Contact us through the Contact Us page to let us know. We'll ship a replacement for the damaged item right away at no extra charge.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your order after it arrives, contact us within 10 days of receiving it and tell us the problem.
If you want to exchange your order for another, comparably priced item, we will ship you the replacement at no additional cost for the item, only shipping charges. We will arrange free shipping of your original purchase back to us.
If you choose to return your order, we will refund you 100% of the price of the item. You pay only the cost for shipping from your home, and we will arrange for you to ship back to us.
Do you charge a restocking fee on returns?
No. We don't charge any restocking fees. We refund your entire purchase price of the item. You are responsible only for the cost of shipping from your home. We have already paid the full cost of shipping the item to you.
